Green Power Semiconductors S.p.A. is a new company founded in 1998 by a group of engineers with 30 years of experience in the power semiconductor industry. GPS is positioned as an independent supplier for power semiconductors reliability tests and characterization. GPS unique approach to long term reliability assessment is based on two new concepts: Real Time Testing (RTT) and GPS World Wide Lab (WWL):
